As a licensed cosmetologist , I have seen my fair share of hair products & we all know not EVERYTHING works for EVERYBODY ! The products I can use on MY clients , don’t always work for me. I received this silkening mist, I ordered the silk balm serum. I can’t rate something I didn’t receive. I’ve reached out through email several times to get the right product. I’m very dissatisfied about this service. I’ve read in the comments, this mix up has happened before.
I can honest say this product shocked me! I have never been able to straighten my hair this good with one pass. I don’t straighten my hair often at all is it’s not heat trained, usually it puffs up in a week even with a professional press but this has lasted two weeks easily before puffing up at all. I will use there products forever!
